Delivery service information
All products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by Organic Warehouse. Organic Warehouse will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions
• Free delivery in Hong Kong on products over 500 HK$
• Orders under 500 HK$ are charged at a flat rate of 50 HK$
• Please place you order before 02:00 pm every day to enjoy next day delivery
• All orders are delivered on scheduled days

• For orders over 25 kg in weight a minimum delivery charge of 50 HK$ will be applied.
• In case of typhoon signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal is in force, delivery will be postponed to a later date without notification
RETURN POLICY:
• You may return products sold by Organic Warehouse no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of Organic Warehouse.
• Shipping charges incurred in returns / exchanges will be borne solely by customers.
• For copyright reasons, books, toys etc. are strictly non-refundable.
• Please check your chilled / frozen / fresh products carefully. They are non-returnable once sold.
Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
• Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
• Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is
missing parts.
• Any discount, clearance or sales product that Organic Warehouse has already stated non-returnable.
• In the event of dispute, Organic Warehouse's decision shall be final and conclusive
What if I am not Home?
For your order you can enter comments for the delivery driver during checkout with instructions of where to leave your delivery. To guarantee delivery we
recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery.
Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order
to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (In Hong Kong, for the return of undeliverable, re-
stocking fees of HK$25 will be deducted from your refund.)
