Refund / Replace Policy

We take pride in offering our customers good quality. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made at our online store, website (“organicwarehouse.hk”), we will be happy to refund or replace it with product of same value after verification.

• It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, at the time of delivery.
• Refund/Replace is only available when valid original receipt is provided.
• Refund is applicable to expired or own-brand products, all other products are applicable for replacement.
• Refund will be credited into Customer's credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation; or deducted the refund amount of your next order.
• In the event that you would like to claim a refund or return, please call our customer service hotline +852 23422318 within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return.

We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund.

Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product that Organic Warehouse has already stated non- returnable.
- In the event of dispute, Organic Warehouse's decision shall be final and conclusive
